Ingredients

2 x 19g wholemeal cereal biscuits (such as Weetabix)
200ml low fat milk (1.5% fat)
1 heaped tsp tahini paste (7g)
40g grapes (or fruit of choice)

The Method

Put the wholemeal cereal biscuits in a bowl and pour over the milk. Drizzle the tahini on top and add the fruit to serve.
