Stay Motivated !!

Everyday you should follow a routine of 1 breakfast option, 1 lunch option, 1 main meal and then see your snack options. For main meals we have a different meal for the first 21 days of the plan, for the remaining days you can repeat the meals in order or choose your own order depending on meals you liked.

For breakfast you can choose any of the breakfast options recommended, for lunch you can choose any of the lunch options and same goes for the snack options - so there's plenty of variety there for everyone!

With regard to the meal plans, don't worry, everyone has food which they don't want to eat.

Our suggestion would be to repeat one of the other recipes on the plan which you enjoyed. Each meal is nutritionally balanced, so it won't affect your progress. There is a large selection of meals to follow so there will be plenty of meals to provide variation.

Yes but if you are injecting with insulin you will need to discuss your plan with your diabetes nurse.  Make sure to keep a close monitor of your blood sugars as you make changes and if you notice your blood sugar dropping too low discuss with your GP about changing amount of medication.

You can use dairy free alternatives such as soy milk, rice milk, oat milk etc in place of animal derived products.

While the goal is to follow the plan for 40 consequetive days, life sometimes has a way of disrupting our best laid plans.  But don't worry, you can return to the plan the very next day and carry on from where you left off. Missing one or two days is not a problem. So long as you return to the plan as soon as possible and complete the 40 days, you will feel the benefit and build a great new routine.
